My responsibilities include coordinating the Dean's travel arrangements, make reservations, and process expenses and reimbursements. I assist with the confirmation and/or cancellation of appointments for the Dean. In addition to assisting the Dean, I also assist the Dean's Executive Assistant with the College's Promotion and Tenure process and the Sabbatical Leave process. Additional duties include serving as the College Parking Chair responsible for the assigning of parking for College faculty and staff based on established College parking policy. Assist faculty and staff with parking questions and changes to parking permit information and serve as College liaison with the University Parking Office. I am the contact for scheduling new faculty interviews. Lastly, I am in charge of the 25 year awards program in the College.
