At the recent annual meeting of the University Council for Educational Administration (UCEA), in Washington, DC, the Penn State Department of Policy Studies led the nation in the number of graduate students presenting papers at the conference. This is the third year in a row that Penn State has been the national leader in the number of graduate students making presentations at this national, peer-reviewed conference.
