As you plan your contributions to this effort in the coming year, the Equity Team would like to share the a summary information as an initial resource for professional learning and development. It is only one of many resources our College’s faculty and staff can draw on to collectively develop an anti-racist, equity-minded inclusive practice. This document also provides examples of practices that promote diversity and inclusion broadly among other groups who have been historically marginalized in higher education. The well being of other marginalized groups remains of central concern to us as well.
