Dillon Confer

Dillon Confer is an Information Technology (IT) Support Specialist for the College of Education at Penn State.

Dillon graduated from State College South Hills School of Business & Technology in 2019 with an Associate in Specialized Technology Degree in Information Technology, focusing on Server and Network Administration. His previous Penn State work history includes an internship at the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences and an Inventory Control position at Lion Surplus. Within the college, he mainly works with end users to solve hardware and software-related technology issues via the CETC ticketing system, over the phone, and in in-person support. He also assists departments in upgrading out-of-date hardware and other technology-related projects throughout the college.

Outside work, Dillon enjoys building computers, working on vintage vehicles and tractors, and collecting video games.
