    The gift will create the Marjorie Grant Whiting Endowment for the Advancement of Indigenous Knowledge.

    McCleester Endowment Created to Support Workforce Training

    Martinson Grant Supports Teacher Training in Science Education

    Marisa Macy Employs Embedding Strategy to Help Special-Needs Preschool Children

    Catherine Goffreda Wins Dissertation Research Grant

    Goffreda, doctoral candidate in School Psychology, received a $25,000 grant from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.

    Ten Graduate Students Receive Research Initiation Grants for 2008-09

    The $600 grants acknowledge students who have developed strong dissertation proposals for their area of research.

    The 19th Annual Conference of the Pennsylvania Association of Student Assistance Professionals will be held March 1-3, 2009, at the Penn State Conference Center Hotel on the University Park campus.

    Apply for a 2009-2010 College of Education Scholarship

    All undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in the College of Education at the University Park campus are invited to apply.

    2009 Summer Undergraduate Discovery Grants Are Available

    Grants in the amount of $2,500 may be used to cover living expenses and project costs.

    2009 Undergraduate Exhibition Scheduled

    All undergraduate students are invited to enter the April 8 exhibition.
