Dr. Fred Milacci is the Dean of the Graduate School and Associate Professor of Research at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. His primary professional interest centers on enhancing the teaching/learning process in Christian educational and distance learning contexts. Pursuant to this interest, Dr. Milacci has served as a consultant to a wide range of educational endeavors in a variety of organizations such as churches, community and professional agencies, and institutions of higher learning.

Dr. Milacci has published in several journals including the Journal of Psychology and Theology, the Journal of Mental Health Counseling, the Christian Higher Education Journal, and the Adult Education Quarterly. He has been a presenter at the American Psychological Association (APA) National Conference, the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) Annual Meeting, the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC) World Conference, and a plenary speaker at the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (TRACS) annual meeting. Dr. Milacci has also served as chair of several visiting (i.e. peer evaluation) teams for TRACS.

Dr. Milacci and his wife Tommie live in Forest, VA, and are the parents of 6 adult children and 6 beautiful grandchildren.
