Undergraduate Research Opportunities

The Office of Undergraduate Education is pleased to announce opportunities for undergraduate research, open to students at all Penn State campuses.

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - Penn State's Office of Undergraduate Education is pleased to announce the following undergraduate research opportunities open to students at all Penn State campuses.

Entries are invited for the 2011 Undergraduate Exhibition, to be held Tuesday, April 12 (evening performance session) and Wednesday, April 13 (poster session) at the University Park campus. Abstracts must be submitted by Friday, March 4. Entry guidelines and forms are available at undergradresearch.psu.edu/ undergradresearch.psu.edu/

2011 Summer Undergraduate Discovery Grant applications are currently being accepted. The deadline for applications is Friday, February 11. This highly competitive program provides summer support for undergraduate student engagement in original research, scholarship, or creative work under the direct supervision of a faculty member. Information about the program and application requirements are available at www.undergradresearch.psu.edu
