Participating in THON and Outdoor School helped Lexi Dunnells, a senior in rehabilitation and human services program, develop a passion for volunteering that took her to Kenya in summer 2013.

Eryka Charley, a doctoral candidate in the Educational Leadership program, says her leadership style helps streamline communication that leads to understanding. She has served as vice president of the Educational Policy Studies Student Association and as a student representative for the American Indian Leadership Program.

Hiroko Takano, a junior high teacher who has been teaching English in Japan, will participate in her first cap and gown commencement. She is graduating from World Campus with a M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction - Children's Literature.

Gulab Khan, a doctoral candidate in the Education Theory and Policy program developed a dissertation that is helping improve student achievement and teacher evaluation and appraisal systems. He plans to return to his native country, Pakistan, to help his students become "trailblazers" of their own lives.
