Biography

James T. Herbert is a Professor of Counselor Education and Rehabilitation and Human Services (RHS) at Penn State. Dr. Herbert's current research interests include clinical supervision practices used in vocational rehabilitation settings, strategies to facilitate career development and job placement of persons with disabilities, the long-term effectiveness of rehabilitation counselor training, and post-secondary outcomes of students with disabilities.
