As a strategy to support the career development of our alumni, we offer three complimentary coaching sessions oriented to your interests and needs.

Together, we will identify the topics to cover in each session in an initial assessment session. The information about your personal goals and motivations will be the key to identifying the most relevant and impacting work areas. We take a theory-based, yet, highly practical approach, called the Human Agency-Based Individual Transformation (HABIT™) model that can be applied to your career and your practice as a teacher, a leader, an organization development (OD) consultant, or a talent development (TD) professional.

Generally, we offer coaching sessions that can address the following topics, according to different career stages:

  • Resume and cover letter
  • Job search
  • Applications
  • Networking
  • Salary negotiations
  • Professional identity
  • Visibility strategies
  • Work-life integration
  • Professional development
  • Improving work habits
  • Leadership
  • Board memberships
  • Negotiation
  • Reorienting career-path
  • Remote work opportunities and strategies
  • Coaching and mentoring others
  • Volunteerism
  • Avocation
  • Digital presence

Your involvement and commitment are essential for this coaching partnership to succeed. All sessions and information will be confidential.

To register for complimentary career coaching sessions, please fill out the opt-in form. If you need more information contact Dr. Eric Bergstrom at [email protected].
