Teacher Leadership Certificate
The goal of this program is to prepare students to apply for teacher leader certification by earning 12 credits in Educational Leadership coursework. Students will take classes online through the World Campus. Successful completion of coursework required for the Teacher Leadership Certificate (TLC) Program partially fulfills Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) requirements for certification as a Teacher Leader. While preparing leaders for certification in PA, this certificate should also be recognized outside of PA and internationally as well. In this way, students local to and outside of PA can enhance their professional credentials by earning the certificate and may be qualified to contribute leadership within a US based school overseas.
If you have read the Graduate School and program requirements and are ready to apply, you may proceed to the application at http://www.gradschool.psu.edu/apply/.
